Integrating YouManage HR system

YouManageHR is one of the more popular HR systems used in the UK where we help with reporting and automations.

Data Cactus has been working closely with organisations using YouManageHR software (recently acquired by worknest) to empower HR teams with a bespoke reporting and analysis in PowerBi.

Apart from reporting and analysis we have help integrate the YouManageHR system with technical teams and ERP. Some of the integration examples include:

  1. Automate onboarding process by acting on newly created employees within HR system and provising accounts in Azure Active Directory, Docusign, HubSpot and Dynamics365.
  2. Streamline leaver process by disabling IT system logins on the employment's termination day.
  3. Document integration with payroll system for payslips and P60 document syncronisation
